Public cathedral tours
are offered every 1st Saturday of the month at 12:00 noon in German. Participation is free of charge.

We offer guided tours in English, French, Spanish and Norwegian upon request.
What do we offer?
- Cathedral explorations on special topics such as: sacred furnishings, church construction/vaulting, saints, angels, tombs, etc.
- Cathedral explorations for primary school classes
(the Lübeck Cathedral Foundation sponsors guided tours for Lübeck primary school pupils). - Experience the cathedral as an extracurricular place of learning for religion, art, music ...

When?
On request during opening hours of the cathedral
Costs
General cathedral interior tours per person € 5,-; per tour at least € 50,-.
Cathedral interior and vault tours per person € 7,-; per tour at least € 70,-.
Who leads?
The church educators at the cathedral are a group of volunteers.
For our planning it is necessary that interested groups register at least 14 days in advance.
If the registration is confirmed, the leading person will contact you. These registrations are binding. In case of important obstacles we ask for a cancellation at least 24 hours in advance to the leading person expected, otherwise we charge a cost contribution of € 30,-.
Who do we want to address?
Church educational cathedral projects are aimed at every interested individual, but especially at groups of all ages from e.g. day-care centres, schools, clubs, parishes and private circles of people interested in the church, such as families and groups of friends.
